Our partner portal is open to opticians, optical practices, and registered eyewear retailers across the UK. We verify all applicants before granting access. Consumers should use our retail store at theglassesbasket.com.

Click "Request Partner Access" on any page and complete the short application form. We'll verify your details and respond within one working day. On approval you'll receive login credentials by email and can sign in immediately.

The portal uses a secure one-time passcode (OTP) login — no password to remember. Enter your registered email address and we'll send a six-digit code. Enter the code to access your account.

GOC registration is not mandatory to open an account, but we do ask you to declare it on the application form. Glazing orders require a valid prescription — GOC-registered practitioners take professional responsibility for the prescriptions they supply.

Three order types: (1) Frame only — purchase a frame from our catalogue at wholesale price, no lenses. (2) Glazing only — supply your own frame and we fit lenses to it. (3) Frame + glazing — a full package from our catalogue including prescription lens fitting.

We glaze single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses in 1.50, 1.60, 1.67 and 1.74 index. Coating options include Hard Coat (HC), Anti-Reflective (AR), Blue-light filter, Photochromic, Tints and Polarised. Full coating details are on the Glazing page.

Orders are glazed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of acceptance. Next-day delivery is available. Lead times may vary for specialist prescriptions or coatings. You can track your order status in the portal at any time.

Payment is arranged offline after order acceptance — by bank transfer or agreed payment terms. Contact us at lenses@theglassesbasket.com to discuss credit terms for your account.

Yes — select "Glazing only" when placing an order, then post your frame to us with your order reference included. We'll fit the specified lenses and return the glazed frame to your practice.

We accept SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD, and Prism/Base per eye, plus monocular PD and fitting heights for progressives. You can type the Rx directly into the order form or upload a scanned prescription sheet.

Our full price list is reserved for approved partner accounts. A sample glazing price is shown publicly on the Glazing page. Once approved, you'll see all wholesale frame and glazing prices on-screen and can download the full price-list PDF.

Each frame range page has a "Download catalogue" button. PDFs are available to all visitors — you don't need to be logged in to download them.
